摘要
本文针对某轻型卡车车架总成应力试验,通过应力数据的采集、处理和分析,得到了车架的不同位置的应力分布情况。同时对该车架总成进行有限元分析,对比应力试验与有限元分析结果,发现两者具有一定关系,这为我们预估在一定使用环境下车架结构可能出现的问题提供了一种有效的故障诊断方法。
About the certain light truck frame,this paper gives a specific method of stress test.Trough the collection,processing and analysis,we can get the distribution of stress in different locations of the light truck frame.The same time,we can get the results of FEA,and we can find,there is same relationship between the results of test stress and calculation stress.Therefore it is an effective diagnosis method to predict the probable problems under certain usage environment.
