摘要
目的：探讨人乳头瘤状病毒（HPV）的感染状况及HPV感染与解脲支原体（UU）感染的关系。方法：对656例普查者，采用聚合酶链反应（PCR）技术检测筛查UU，应用通用引物和型特异引物经PCR进行HPV分型检测。SPSS13．0软件进行统计分析。结果：检测的656例标本中，HPV阳性率为12．50％，UU阳性率为11．74％，82例HPV阳性标本中HPV16型有27例，HPV18型有11例。HPV感染年龄分布情况：21～30岁阳性率为17．19％，31～40岁阳性率为12．16％，41～50岁阳性率8．99％，〉50岁阳性率14．81％。结论：HPV感染与UU感染有一定的相关性，HPV检测有利于宫颈癌的防治，是宫颈癌普查值得推荐的初筛试验，可用于宫颈癌的二级预防。
Objective： To explore the infection status of human papillomavirus （HPV） and the relationship between HPV infection and Ureaplasma urealyticum （UU） infection. Methods： UU screening was conducted among 656 specimens by PCR technique, PCR was used for HPV genotyping by general primer and type specific primer; the data were analyzed statistically on SPSS13.0 software. Results： Among 656 specimens, the positive rates of HPV and UU were 12. 50% and 11.74%, respectively; among 82 positive HPV specimens, 27 specimens were found with positive HPV 16 and 11 specimens were found with positive HPV 18 ; the distribution of age in HPV - infected cases： the positive rates of HPV in cases of 21 -30 years old, 31 -40 years old, 41 -50 years old, and 〉 50 years old were 17. 19%, 12. 16%, 8.99% , and 14. 81% , respectively. Conclusion： There is a certain correlation between HPV infection and UU infection . HPV detection is beneficial to prevention and treatment of cervical cancer, and it is a primary screening test worth to be recommend for the second- ary prevention of cervical cancer.
