HPV检测结果分析及HPV与UU感染的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨人乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)的感染状况及HPV感染与解脲支原体(UU)感染的关系。方法:对656例普查者,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测筛查UU,应用通用引物和型特异引物经PCR进行HPV分型检测。SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:检测的656例标本中,HPV阳性率为12.50%,UU阳性率为11.74%,82例HPV阳性标本中HPV16型有27例,HPV18型有11例。HPV感染年龄分布情况:21~30岁阳性率为17.19%,31~40岁阳性率为12.16%,41~50岁阳性率8.99%,〉50岁阳性率14.81%。结论:HPV感染与UU感染有一定的相关性,HPV检测有利于宫颈癌的防治,是宫颈癌普查值得推荐的初筛试验,可用于宫颈癌的二级预防。 Objective: To explore the infection status of human papillomavirus (HPV) and the relationship between HPV infection and Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection. Methods: UU screening was conducted among 656 specimens by PCR technique, PCR was used for HPV genotyping by general primer and type specific primer; the data were analyzed statistically on SPSS13.0 software. Results: Among 656 specimens, the positive rates of HPV and UU were 12. 50% and 11.74%, respectively; among 82 positive HPV specimens, 27 specimens were found with positive HPV 16 and 11 specimens were found with positive HPV 18 ; the distribution of age in HPV - infected cases: the positive rates of HPV in cases of 21 -30 years old, 31 -40 years old, 41 -50 years old, and 〉 50 years old were 17. 19%, 12. 16%, 8.99% , and 14. 81% , respectively. Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between HPV infection and UU infection . HPV detection is beneficial to prevention and treatment of cervical cancer, and it is a primary screening test worth to be recommend for the second- ary prevention of cervical cancer.
