基于行动研究的高校外语教学团队建设:元认知策略视角 被引量:22

Construction of foreign language teaching team based on action research:A metacognitive strategy perspective

摘要 教学团队建设的策略研究一般多关注认知策略,很少探讨元认知策略。本文将外语教学团队建设置于行动研究视角之下,重点探讨其元认知策略,以确保团队建设的科学性、持续性和有效性。文章提出,教学团队建设应立足"教学",以教学实践为平台,以教学管理、课程建设和教师科研能力提升为保障。由此,外语教学团队建设的元认知策略是教学管理、课程(体系)管理和教师教研能力提升的元认知策略。 The strategy studies of teaching team construction more often than not focus on cognitive strategies rather than metacognitive strategies. From the perspective of metacognitive strategies, this paper discusses how to do action research in construction of foreign language teaching team in order to ensure its scientificity, continuity and effective- ness. It suggests that teaching team construction should be based on the platform of teaching practice, and be guaran- teed by teaching management, curriculum development and teacher research ability improvement. Therefore, the metaeognitive strategies for construction of foreign language teaching team include the development of teachers' teach- ing and research ability as well as proper conditions for teaching and curriculum system management.
