摘要
区域高等教育国际化是顺应当今世界高等教育发展趋势、适应区域经济发展和高等教育自身发展需求的战略性举措。当前,呈现出政府加强规划与引导、注重探索特色化发展路径、在重点领域率先实现突破、以高校为主体开展多种形式的交流与合作等发展态势。加快推进区域高等教育国际化,还应进一步提升国际化办学意识与理念、加强战略性谋划、进一步拓宽交流与合作的路径、增强高校的国际化办学能力、增加经费投入以及完善政策法规保障体系等。
The internationalization of regional higher education is a strategic measure which complies with the trend of higher education development in today’s world,meeting the needs of the regional economic development and the development of higher education. At present ,development trends are presented such as government strengthening planning and guidance ,focusing on exploring the characteristic development path , making breakthroughs in key areas and carrying out various forms of exchanges and cooperation while putting colleges and universities as the main body. To continue to push forward the internationalization of regional higher education,we should also further enhance the consciousness and concept of education internationalization , strengthen the overall strategic planning ,continue to broaden the path of the exchanges and cooperation , strengthen the internationalized ability of managing universities,increase investment,and improve the security system of policies and regulations.
