摘要
目的开发夫西地酸喷剂。方法制备夫西地酸喷剂,高效液相色谱法测定主药含量,透皮扩散考察体外释放特性。结果喷剂中夫西地酸为标示含量的98.13%(RSD=0.33%),体外释放方程lnQ=0.3245lnt-0.8855(R2=0.9982)。结论夫西地酸剂含量均匀,质量控制方法可靠,体外释放符合Ritger-Peppas方程。
Objective To develop the formulation of Fusidic acid sprays and research the vitro transdermal absorption. Methods The sprays was prepared, the content of Fusidic acid was determined by high efficiency liquid chromatography, researched the vitro release characteristic by transdermal diffusing. Results Relative content of Fusidic acid was 98.13% （RSD= 0.33%）, vitro release equation was InQ：0. 3245 Int-0. 8855（R2=0. 9982）. Conclusion The content of the preparation is uniformity, method of quality control is reliable, vitro release characteristic is according with Ritger-Peppas equation.
