摘要
针对目前城市配电网后夜容性无功过剩及单相接地时电网产生较高的过电压问题,设计了一种Y接电抗器灭弧装置。首先介绍其结构及工作原理;其次计算Y接电抗器中性点接入不同容量的补偿元件后电网的过电压;最后利用Matlab对电网分别接入消弧线圈和Y接电抗器进行仿真。理论计算及仿真结果表明电网装设Y接电抗器后发生单相接地时的过电压得到抑制且能较快恢复到正常状态。Y接电抗器不仅减小接地电容电流,熄灭电弧,还可以解决后夜容性无功过剩和降低单相接地引起的过电压,可取代消弧线圈解决单相接地引起的过电压和容性无功补偿问题。
As for such issues as surplus of capacitive reactive power in present urban distribution net-work after the midnight and higher overvohage generated by the power network under the single phase grounding, a kind of Y-reactor arcing device is designed. First,its structure and operating prin- ciple are introduced, then, the overvoltage of power network after connection of compensation ele- ments with different capacitance with neutral point of Y-reactor, at last, connection of arc suppression coil and Y-reactor to the power network is simulated by Matlab. It is shown by the theoretical calcu- lation and simulation results that after connection of Y-reactor in the power network the overvoltage, in case of single phase grounding, is suppressed and normal condition can be recovered. Y-reactor can not only decrease the grounding capacitive current so as to make are extinguish easier, but also can solve such issue as surplus of capacitive reactive power after midnight and reduction of overvolt- age due to single phase grounding. It can replace the arc suppression coil to solve the problems such as overvoltage and capacitive reactive power compensation.
