摘要
简述了河南省中原大化公司合成氨装置生产设备已运行20多年,强调只有做好设备的保养和装置的优化操作才能保持连续高产。认真分析影响合成氨装置高负荷生产的主要原因,提出解决及优化措施。
This paper briefly introduces production equipment of He’nan Zhongyuan Dahua Company has been operated for 20 years, emphasizes only complete maintenance of the equipment and optimization of device can keep continuous high yield. It carefully analyzes causes of influence high load production of synthesis ammonia plant, proposes solutions and optimization measures.
