摘要
简要介绍在原变换气二次脱硫后串联三个干法脱硫塔(利用原有的预脱硫塔、水解塔及精脱硫塔)的技术改造方案及实施后的运行效果,既省掉了原水解工艺的前后换热器、冷却器,又达到了脱碳工艺对变换气中总硫含量的要求。
The paper briefly introduces technical transformation plan,tandem three dry desulfuration towers (make use of origin pre-desulfuration tower,hydrolyzer tower and fine desulfurization tower)after origin shift gas twice desulfuration,and effect of implement which not only saving front and back heat exchanger and cooler in origin hydrolysis process,but also achieving sulphur content require in decarbonization technology.
