摘要
应用型人才培养是独立学院人才培养的目标定位.独立学院的人力资源管理专业的实践教学体系存在诸多问题,要构建合理的教学体系,需要明确教学目标,准确定位;优化实践教学体系的设计;及时补充教学内容;加强双师型教师队伍建设;加强实践教学基地及过程管理等环节建设,以满足不断增长的人力资源管理专业学生的需求.
Applied talents training is independent college talents training target. Independent college human resources management professional practice teaching system has a lot of problems. To build a reasonable teaching system, need to clear teaching goal, accurate positioning; Optimize the design of the practical teaching system; Timely supplementary teaching content; To strengthen the construction of double type teachers; To strengthen the construc- tion of practical teaching base and strengthen the process management, to meet the growing demand for students ma- joring in human resource management.
