摘要
城乡公共文化服务体系均等化建设是公共文化服务体系建设中的一个重要方面。江苏省经济基础较好,公共文化服务体系建设成绩斐然,由于物质生活水平相对较高,人民群众对文化服务的需求较高,这些都为推进城乡公共文化服务均等化奠定了坚实的基础,但其中也不可避免地存在一些障碍性因素,这就需要发挥政府主导作用,寻找出消解障碍、合理推进的对策思路。
Construction of urban and rural equalization system of public cultural services is an important part of the system of public cultural services. Jiangsu Province has a good economic foundation, it has made great achievements in the construction of public euhural services system, and its people have a higher demand of cultural services because of their relatively higher level of material life, which lays a solid foundation to pro- mote equalization of public cultural services in urban and rural areas in Jiangsu Province. However, there inevitably exist some obstacle factors which require the government to play a leading role and find out proper ways to promote equalization of public cultural services in urban and rural areas.
