摘要
为解决三相变频高速立式电机因长径比大引起电动机重心高、电机振动及稳定性的问题,介绍产品结构设计机理:将电机的内风路系统移至外部,减小电机的长径比,降低电机的重心,从而提高电机的稳定性。通过厂内试验及现场安全运行证明该电动机结构合理、运行稳定,为完善产品结构设计提供经验和基础。
In order to solve the high center of gravity caused by big length diameter ratio,the motor vibration and stability for the high speed vertical motor, a design mechanism of product structure is introduced that the external wind path system of the motor will be moved outside, the motor length diameter ratio isreduced, the motor center of gravity is reduced,so as to im-prove the stability of the machine.Through the test and operation ,it shows that the motor is reasonable in structure,the run-ning is stability.It could provide experience and foundation for improving the product structure design.
