摘要
目的:探讨推拿技术及音乐疗法对缺血性脑中风患者预防压疮的舒适护理方法。方法:将50名护理实习学生分为试验组、对照组各25名,对照组学生对38例缺血性脑中风患者进行常规护理6天后,再由试验组学生实施推拿及音乐等舒适护理6天,之后对护理实习学生和患者进行满意度问卷调查。结果:护理实习学生对护理技术以及患者对护理效果均表示满意。结论:围绕优质护理服务内涵建设,综合多学科理论与技术开展预防压疮的舒适护理,从而提高优质护理服务质量。
Objective：To explore comfort care for preventing pressure sore of the patients with ischemic stroke by massage technique and music therapy. Methods：All 50 nurse students were separated to the test group and the control group. The students in the control group nursed 38 patients with ischemic stroke for six days, and the stu-dents in the test group gave the patients comfort care including massage therapy and music for six days. Satisfactory degrees of the nursing students and the patients were investigated by questionnaires. Results：The nursing students were satisfied with nursing skills and the patients with the effects of care. Conclusion：Comfort care for preventing pressure sore is launched by centering on internal construction of high quality nursing and the combinations of mul-ti-disciplinary theories and skills in order to improve high quality care service.
