摘要
目的:探讨脑血管病的综合预防措施,为脑血管病长期预防的有效途径提供科学依据。方法:对有脑血管病危险因素的患者制定综合预防方案,并对预防对象进行指导、监督和观察,3年后对所得数据进行统计分析。结果:脑血管病的发生与多种危险因素有关;坚持预防与未坚持预防者的脑卒中发病率有显著差异(P<0.01);社区患者能够长期坚持预防的人数与非社区比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:把脑血管病的综合预防与社区医疗服务结合起来,才能保持脑血管病预防的合理性和长期性,才能有效降低脑血管病的发病率。
Objective：To offer scientific evidence for the effective methods of long-term prevention to cere-brovascular disease by exploring the measures of comprehensive prevention to cerebrovascular disease. Methods：The plan of comprehensive prevention was established for the patients with risk factors of cerebrovascular disease, the objects of the prevention were guided, monitored and observed, all the data were statistically analyzed. Results：The onset of cerebrovascular disease was related to many risk factors;there was significant difference in the compar-ison of cerebral apoplexy incidences between the patients who were and were not persisting in the prevention （P＆lt;0.01）;the comparison had significant different in the community patients which could persist in the prevention and the non-community ones （P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion： Comprehensive prevention of cerebrovascular disease combined with community medical service could keep the rationality of cerebrovascular disease prevention in long-term and effectively reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular disease.
