摘要
唐钢4#高炉(有效容积3 200 m3)面对渣量大幅提升的生产局面,通过稳定高风温高富氧、合理匹配煤气流的分布、稳定热制度和造渣制度、加强原燃料管理等措施,提高操作水平和煤气利用率,实现了大渣量条件下的较低燃料比生产。
Under the situation of slag amount getting great increased in 4# blast t urnace ( etlective volume as 3 200 m3 ) of Tang Steel, the measures are adopted: stabilizing high blast temperature and high oxygen en- riched, reasonably distributing gas flow, stabilizing heat system and slag - making system and strengthening raw and fuel materials management. With those the operation level and gas utilization rate are raised, produc- tion with lower fuel ratio under large slag amount is realized.
