摘要
性侵犯案件中精阴混合斑的分离一直是法庭科学物证检验中的难点.现依据分离原理的不同,将各种精子细胞分离方法分为非免疫学方法与免疫学方法,同时对各方法的优缺点进行概述,进而总结精子细胞分离方法的研究进展,并对其应用前景作了进一步的分析与展望。
The separation of sperm cells from mixtures with epithelial cells in sexual assault cases has always been the difficult point of forensic science evidence test. Based on different separation principles, the vari- ous separation methods were categorized as non-immunological and immunological methods, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each method were summarized. And then research advances in separation methods of sperm cells were summed up. In addition, further analysis and outlook of its application prospect was also made.
