从网络管理代理的定义、功能、类型方面介绍了网络管理代理技术，并进一步提出作者设计的通用网络管理代理体系结构模型，并以模块化的思想对该模型进行了设计，对模型中的各个功能和服务模块进行详细地论述．
In this paper, we discussed the primitive concept, function, types of network management agent first. Moreover, we propose a generic network management agent architecture model based on modular approach, give a comprehensive description of its function and service.
