摘要
中国古代商业教育采取学徒制形式。到了近代 ,由于学徒制度不能适应新形势的需要 ,商业学校教育兴起。本文考察了商业学校教育兴起的原因 ,回顾其兴起与发展的历程 ,介绍其学制、课程、教材、师资、管理以及学生来源与出路 ,兼论新式商业学校出身的商人与传统经验型商人的差异 。
During the ancient times, Chinese people used to adopt the apprentice system for commercial education, but it is inadequate for the development of the new situation in modern times, therefore, the commercial school education grows up. In this essay, the author inquires into the reasons that commercial school education grows up, and thrives and also introduces the system, the curriculum, the textbooks, the teachers, the management of modern commercial school and the source and the future of the students. Meanwhile, the author compares the modern the merchants from commercial school and those who were traditionally experienced. At last the author gives an objective evaluation on the modern commercial school.
