摘要 分布式电源的发展以及现代社会对供电质量与电网运行经济性要求的提高,使配电技术面临新的机遇与挑战,“智能配电网”、“主动配电网”应运而生。 The concept of active distribution networks(ADN) was proposed in 2008. Since then, the researches on its theories and practices have been continued endlessly. 11 foreign countries and regions have developed ADN projects, and China has also been closely tracking the frontier of this technology.This special feature tries to fully display the current research results in ADN and discuss the development trend of this technology from multiple perspectives such as basic concept, theoretical research and demonstration project.Professor Xu Bingyin vividly explains the origins of "smart distribution networks" and "active distribution networks" and analyzes the differences between these concepts in terms of technical features; professors Fan Mingtian and Zhang Zuping analyze the ideas of ADN planning and the challenges it faces; professor Liu Dong reviews China's technological progresses of ADN; senior engineer Yu Nanhua and indicates three big challenges caused by the integrations of distribution energy that traditional power distribution network faces: planning & design, operating control and operation mode. Professor Liu Guangyi proposed the core ideas of ADN, i.e. active planning, active management, active control and active service that are established on the basis of full measurement; chief engineer Li Qingsheng introduces the researches and demonstrations of ADN integrating renewable energy sources by use of Guizhou demonstration case; senior engineer Wang Chen analyzes the application of hybrid energy storage technology in ADN. Gu Xinxin introduces the current development and application statuses of ADNequipments.
