摘要
针对1580mm热连轧生产线薄规格带钢凸度控制精度不高的问题,通过对引进的板形控制模型原理解析及板形生产数据的跟踪,发现了该模型存在明显的目标凸度重置问题,从而影响了该产线的凸度控制精度。经过对大量板形工艺数据的对比分析,发现在板形设定计算过程中,由于平坦区因子、热膨胀等关键参数的设计不合理,导致了模型对前3组机架的凸度调节能力出现了误判,造成了目标凸度重置问题的发生。通过在线实施优化平坦度死区因子和热膨胀计算乘子等改善凸度控制精度的措施,基本解决了该产线的目标凸度重置问题,提高了1 580 mm生产线轧制带钢的凸度控制精度。
Aiming at the problems of the low crown controlling precision of thinner strip on 1580mm hot strip mill, the obvious problems of the target profile reset were found through the analysis of lots of production data and through the research of the shape model of L2 on the 1580 mm hot strip mill, which affected the crown precision. By contrasting and analyzing lots of the shape data, the reasons for these problems were that the model calculation has the miscarriage of justice for the crown adjustable capabilities of the first three mills for the irrationality of some parameters, such as the flatness factors and thermal expansion factors. The optimized plans such as the optimization of the flatness dead band factor and the thermal expansion parameters for the improvement of the thin strip crown control precision were implemented on this hot strip mill. These optimized plans could resolve the problem of the target crown reset of this line, and the strip crown control precision was increased.
