摘要
选用国家气象中心T10 6数值预报产品中的要素作为预报因子 ,运用灰色系统方法和逐步回归方法 ,分别建立河南省秋季降水预报系统。
The precipitation forecasting system was developed by terms of methods on gray system and stepwise regression, which based on the forecasting factors selected form T106 NWP Product of china meteorological center.
