摘要
将具有多阶梯形、非轴对称等结构特点的典型筒形电机壳体零件的制造过程中可能出现的问题集中在设计阶段解决,以便快速经济地制造模具。同时分析毛坯形状、凸模圆角半径、压边力等参数变化对电机壳体零件成形质量影响,完成各参数优化,进而确定电机壳体零件的成形工艺。
The problems of the more steps and non-axisymmetric cases for drawing of typical cylinder parts were solved in design stage. The application of Dynaform technology helps to predict defects in the design process of a stamping die and to find the way to prevent them. The die can be manufactured rapidly and economically. The effects of blank shape, punch radius, blank holder force production on the quality of formed parts were analyzed for parameter optimization, then the shaping technology of motor shell to determine.
