摘要
本文阐述了日本和德国主办银行制度的内容和作用，探讨了在我国建立主办银行制度的必要性和可行性，分析了我国目前主办银行制度试点工作中存在的主要问题，提出了推进我国主办银行制度建立的主要措施。
This paper, through a brief introduction of the contents and functions of the system of leader bank in Japan and Germany, devotes a discussion on the necessity and feasibility of setting up the system of leader bank in China, followed by an analysis of the important problems found in the course of tests conducted at selected points, with proposals for chief measures to accelerate the initiation of the system of leader bank in China.
