摘要
电网现代化管理与自动化调度以电力调度通信网为基础。方便灵活、准确快速的调度生产命令深刻影响着电力网,因电力生产作业性质特殊,电力调度通信网合理、安全、可靠、有效影响着行业经验收益。虽然国内电力调度通信发展快速,但在视频、文字、数据等综合性的多媒体服务上存在欠缺,信息化不强。作为关键性的网络技术,软交换可实现无缝连接PSTN与分组网络,从媒体网关力分离呼叫控制功能,实现呼叫控制。
