调度软交换应用技术方案研究

摘要 电网现代化管理与自动化调度以电力调度通信网为基础。方便灵活、准确快速的调度生产命令深刻影响着电力网,因电力生产作业性质特殊,电力调度通信网合理、安全、可靠、有效影响着行业经验收益。虽然国内电力调度通信发展快速,但在视频、文字、数据等综合性的多媒体服务上存在欠缺,信息化不强。作为关键性的网络技术,软交换可实现无缝连接PSTN与分组网络,从媒体网关力分离呼叫控制功能,实现呼叫控制。 The grid modernization management and automation scheduling is based on the electric power dispatching communication network. Convenient and flexible, accurate rapid production scheduling command profoundly affects the power grid. Because the electric power production is special, the power dispatching communication network affects industry experience. Although the domestic electric power dispatching communication rapidly develop, integrated multimedia services in the video, text, data have defects, such as information technology is not strong. As a key network technology, soft-witch can realize the seamless connection in PSTN and group network, from the media gateway power separation of call control function, which to realize the call control.
