摘要
目的为节约沙眼衣原体和淋球菌在低流行率群体筛查中的成本,探索二维混合标本法在对尿液标本沙眼衣原体和淋球菌检测中的可用性。方法分别用单独检测法、一维检测法、二维混合法检测99份男性性病患者尿液标本中的衣原体和淋球菌,观察结果的一致性和消耗试剂的数量,以判断检测方法的可行性。结果在99份尿样中的沙眼衣原体和淋球菌的阳性率分别为4.04%(4/99)和3.03%(3/99),二维混合法检测后的结果与其一致,并且灵敏度和特异度均为100%,与单独检测法相比,二维混合法可节约检测池58.72%,且显著减少了工作量。结论二维混合法与单独检测法在阳性率不高的条件下一致性很好,二维混合法可以替代单独检测法,节省成本。
Objective To save the cost of Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae screening in low- prevalence population, and explore the applicability of two-dimensional hybrid specimens of Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae in urine specimens. Methods Separate test, one-dimensional, two-dimensional hybrid methods were used to detect chlamydia! and gonococcal urine specimen of 99 male clients, to observe the results of the consistehcy and the amount of consumption of reagents, and determine the feasibility of the test methods. Results The positive rate of Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae in 99 urine specimens was 4.04% (4/99) and 3.03 (3/99) respectively. The results were consistent with the detection of the two-dimensional hybrid specimens. The sensitivity and specificity were both 100%. Compared with the detection of a single specimen, mixed specimen saved cost by 58.72% ,and significantly reduced the workload. Conclusion The two-dimensional mixed specimens and separate test have good consistency under the low positive rate condition, therefore two- dimensional hybrid method can replace the separate test, and reduce the cost.
