摘要
回顾分析了近几年有关经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)的文献,对其在通道大小,体位摆置,定位方法,碎石方式等方面不同选择的优劣进行了总结和评价,同时从导致PCNL并发症的原因出发,探讨其防治策略的有效性。
This article reviews and analyzes the literatures about pereutaneous nephrolithotomy （PCNL） in re- cent years. We summarize and evaluate the pros and cons of different options of channel sizes, position placement, positioning methods and lithotripsy methods. Simultaneously we explore the effectiveness of preventive and cura- tive strategies from the reasons of PCNL complications.
