摘要
以异丁醛与甲醛缩合 ,生成羟基特戊醛 ,再与乙酸反应生成醛基特戊醇酯。然后同高锰酸钾反应生成乙酰氧基特戊酸 ,最后水解得到羟基特戊酸。运用色谱分析、红外光谱分析。
In this paper, 3-hydroxyl-2,2-dimethyl propionic acid was synthesized by the reaction of 2-methyl-isobutyl aldehyde with formaldehyde to give 3-hydroxyl-2,2-dimethyl-propionic acid. And then, the liquid reacts with acid and permanganate potassium, followed by the treatment of hydrolytic decomposition to obtain the title product. This compound was described and checked by IR and melting point.
