摘要
猪油经水解制取猪油脂肪酸 ,然后与丁醇在酸性条件下进行酯化反应生成猪油脂肪酸丁酯 ,高级脂肪醇在 90～ 12 0℃与顺丁烯二酸酐进行酯化反应生成顺丁烯二酸高级醇单酯 ,两种酯化物按一定比例混合后在 5 0～ 90℃之间进行亚硫酸化反应 ,制成油润性SP -Ⅱ型加脂剂。亚硫酸化试剂用量为两种酯化物质量的 2 0 %～ 2 5 %。
The lard is, after hydrolysis, made into lard fatty acid, and esterified, in the acid condition, with butyl alcohol to give butyl ester of lard fatty acid. The esterification of higher fatty alcohol with maleic anhydride at 90～120?℃ produces the fatty alcohol monoester of maleic acid. The sulfitation is taken place at 50～90?℃, on the basis of the mixture of the above 2 esters in a certain proportion, followed by the completion of the title product, Greasy Fatliquor SP-Ⅱ. The amount of sulfiting agent used is 20%～25% of the 2 esters (on matter weight).
