摘要
本文报道了工业2-氨基慧醌的正相高效液相色谱分析方法.采用正相硅胶柱,紫外及荧光检测器,以环已烷、乙酸乙酯、二氧六环和甲醇四种有机溶剂作为流动相,用面积归一亿法可以满足工业分析的要求.
A method for separating 2 - aminoanthraquinone by normal - phase High Performance Liquid Chro-matography by a silica column, using a mixture of cyclohexane, ethyl acetate, dioxane and methanol as a mobile phase. Analysis was carried out with UV - VIS spectroph ometric detector and fluorimetric detector.
