A novel process for preparing 3,4- dichloroaniline

摘要 本文介绍了以邻二氯苯为原料,经溴化、氨解两步反应合成3,4-二氯苯胺,并对副产物HBr进行了有效的回收利用.产物3,4-二氯苯胺纯度大于98%,总收率为82%.该工艺产品质量高,污染少,有着广阔的应用前景. Synthesis of 3, 4 - dichloroaniline by bromination and ammonolysis of o - dichlorobenzene was reported , the byproduct, hydrobromic acid was effectively utilized in the process. The purity of the product 3, 4 - dichloroaniline was higher than 98 % , the yield was 82 % . A wide prospect of applications for such a high quality product with little pollution problem would be expected.
