摘要
尿素合成塔X2Mod衬里腐蚀是由于热影响区贫铬引起的 ,即通常所说敏化态晶间腐蚀。而钢中含有P、Si等杂质则是引起非敏化态晶间腐蚀的主要原因。加强腐蚀监、检测 ,及时进行维修和减少温度、压力的波动是延长衬里寿命的有效措施。
The corrosion of X2Mod lining of urea tower was caused by the lean chromium in the heat affected zone, which was normally called the sensitized intergranular corrosion. Whereas the impurities like P and Si etc in the steel were the main culprits for the non-sensitized intergranular corrosion. Strengthened corrosion monitoring and testing, timely maintenance and minimum temperature and pressure fluctuations proved to be the effective measures for extending the service life of linings.
