摘要
通过对洛阳石化总厂炼油厂五联合碱渣处理装置的酸性水线泄漏原因分析 ,说明玻璃钢不适合在该厂酸性水线上使用 ,而采用搪瓷管可以降低维修成本、节约费用 ;同时 ,提出了搪瓷管在使用时应注意的问题。
The analysis of the causes of the leakage of sour water pipelines in caustic treatment unit in Luoyang Petrochemical Complex showed that the fibre reinforced plastics (FRP) was not a proper material for sour water service. The application of enamel pipe could reduce the maintenance costs and save capital and time. The precautions in the application of enamel pipe were presented.
