摘要
通过对克拉玛依石油化工厂Ⅰ套蒸馏装置减压塔腐蚀情况的调查、分析 ,确定了造成塔壁和内构件腐蚀的主要原因是环烷酸的冲刷作用。指出选用 317L材质、改进塔盘安装结构和使用高温缓蚀剂可使腐蚀得到抑制。
The investigation and analysis of the corrosion of the vacuum tower of No. 1 distillation unit in Kelamayi Petrochemical Works found that the naphthenic acid erosion was the major cause for the corrosion of the internal wall and internals of the tower. The selection of 317L steel, improvement of tray construction and application of corrosion inhibitor could control the corrosion.
