摘要
分析了重油催化裂化再二旋膨胀节的腐蚀原因 ,对奥氏体不锈钢在烟气露点和应力作用下的腐蚀机理进行了探讨 ,提出了选择耐蚀材料、改进结构和优化操作等防护措施。
The corrosion causes of the expansion joint for the 2nd-stage cyclone of RFCC unit were analyzed and the corrosion mechanisms of the austenic steel under the effect of the flue gas dew-point and stress was studied. It was proposed to select the corrosion-resistant materials, improve construction and optimize operation.
