摘要
改变锡含量,熔炼3种Al-Zn-In-Sn-Mg-RE牺牲阳极。采用恒电流方法,测定它们的基本电化学性能。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析技术,考察它们的晶粒尺寸、第二相数量及成分。结果表明:适量的锡不会在晶界偏析,晶界析出物有RE相,降低了晶间腐蚀倾向,使电流效率提高;过量的锡将在晶界偏析,晶界析出物中有Sn相,对改善阳极性能没有作用。
Three kinds of aluminum alloy anodes having different tin contents were cast. Electrochemistry performance of anodes have been measured with constant current method, and their microstructures have also been examined by metallography and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results showes that the suitable quantity tin can not appeared crystal boundary, and RE phase segregation reduced the tendency of intergranuiar corrosion, current efficiency of anode increased recessive quantity tin appear'at crystal boundary with Sn phase, and can not improve the performance of aluminum anode.
