摘要
20 0 0年 1月 1日我国开始实施车用无铅汽油新标准。长期以来我国汽油生产已形成以催化裂化装置为主的格局 ,而催化裂化汽油烯烃含量普遍较高 ,优化调合工艺 ,降低汽油烯烃含量、硫含量、苯和芳烃含量 ,规范使用清净剂等是汽油达新达标亟待解决的问题 ,而解决问题的关键是要在资源可得性、生产技术和使用性能三方面取得折衷和协调。本文就此加以分析并提出建议。
New standards for motor lead free gasoline have been enforced since January,1st,2000 in China.For a long time,FCCUs are major units for domestic gasoline production.The content of olefins in FCC gasoline is generally higher.Thus,optimizing the blending process,decreasing the content of olefins,sulfur,benzene and aromatics,standardizing the use of detergent are urgent problems to be solved to meet the new standards.The key solving the problems are trade off and coordination between obtainability of resources,production techniques and use characteristics of gasoline.Analysis and suggestions were put forward.
