摘要
对加氢装置生产喷气燃料时遇到的银片腐蚀不合格问题进行分析 ,认为主要是由于H2 S、元素硫和细菌造成的。结合开停工工况的变化 ,提出了调整高压分离器和汽提塔操作参数 ,减少元素硫和H2 S生成 ;加强脱水消除细菌滋生环境等多种方法来保证银片腐蚀合格 ;并在实际生产中取得显著效果。
The reasons of unqualification of silver corrosion in hydrogenated jet fuel was analyzed.It was considered that the main causes are hydrogen sulfide,element sulfur and bacteria corrosion.Methods guaranting qualification of silver corrosion ,such as adjusting the operating parameters of the high pressure separator and stripping tower,reducing element sulfur and hydrogen sulfide,strengthening dewatering to eliminate the breeding ambient of bacteria were put forward. Good results were obtained in production.
