摘要
410MPa级钢筋是我国新研制开发的钢筋混凝土结构用钢筋。本文对钢筋的材料性能、焊接性能及配制该钢筋的受弯和受压构件性能、结构抗震与粘结锚固性能等试验研究成果作了简要阐述。在试验研究基础上,提出了钢筋各项材性设计参数及构件设计计算要点和相应的构造措施等建议。本文的研究成果为制定相应的钢筋应用技术规程提供了依据。
410-MPa-grade reinforcement used in the reinforced concrete structure is studied and producedby our country, This paper explains simply some test results, such as reinforcement material property,reinforcement welding property, reinforcement property in flexural beams and compression columns,structural anti-seismic property, bond and anchor property. on the basis of test analysis, the designparameters of various material member design calculation and corresponding measures are presentedaccording to the study results, the rule of the corresponding reinforcement application technology willbe laid down.
