摘要
针对我国当前工程造价管理改革工作中存在的一些问题，提出将预测技术运用于工程造价的动态管理中，达到对工程造价变化情况的预测．并进行了实例计算，结果表明方法是可行的，可供参考．
Directing against the problems during the reform of construction cost management in China, using forecasting method in the dynamic managemetn to predict the vibration of construction cost is presented in this paper. Using the paper's model, the authors computed one example, and the results showed well. Methods presented in this paper can be applied.
