摘要
针对校园网网络结构的复杂性、开放性，研究网管体系的构架和建设，阐述网管的定义和内涵，提出一些网管的策略及具体实施办法．同时，对网络的拓展及网络安全问题进行了一些探讨．
Campus Network is a important station in Internet, and it is relatively a integrated system. The authors analyze the whole process of setting up the Campus Network management system. which includes setting up a management system and a security system.
