摘要
目的探讨强化营养干预在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法 T2DM患者97例随机分为两组,干预组(48例)由营养医师对其进行为期4个月的系统营养教育;对照组(49例)不接受相关教育。比较两组相关指标的变化。结果强化营养干预后,干预组体重、体重指数、腰围、腰臀比均较干预前下降(P<0.05);对照组干预前后体重、体重指数、腰围、腰臀比无显著变化(P>0.05)。干预组蛋白质含量较干预前增高,脂肪含量和去脂体重经干预后降低(P<0.05)。干预组餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和尿酸水平均低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论合理的营养干预对T2DM患者血糖、血脂管理有明显效果。
Objective To discuss the outcomes of nutritional intervention in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods A total of 97 T2DM patients was randomly divided into two groups of A(treated with nutritional intervention for 4 months, 48 cases) and B(treated without nutritional intervention,49 cases). The changes in blood glucose, blood lipid and other indicators were examined and compared. Results Compared to before, the body weight, body mass index, waist circumference and the ratio of waist to hip were significantly declined in group A after intervention (P〈0. 05),which were not in group B(P〈0. 05). Compared to before, the protein content was increased, fat and fat-free weight were reduced in group A after intervention (P〈0.05), and postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein and uric acid were decreased as well (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Rational nutrition intervention is effective in improving blood glucose and blood lipid managements in T2DM patients.
