摘要
将预拉伸的形状记忆合金 (Shapememoryalloy ,简称SMA)丝作为驱动器 ,缠绕并粘贴在薄壁圆管表面。加热SMA ,当其发生相变时 ,会产生很大的恢复力 ,驱动圆管发生扭转变形。建立了粘有SMA丝应变驱动器的薄壁圆管的力学模型 ,分析了一个温度循环中 ,薄壁圆管受SMA驱动发生的压扭复合变形 ,给出了薄壁圆管扭转角与激励温度之间的关系。
The restrained shape memory alloy (SMA) wires, as actuators, are winded and pasted on the outside surfaces of a thin wall tube at angle of α degree with respect to the tube axis. Upon heating the wires, the martensitic residual strain will be restored, the large recovery forces are induced so that the tube will induce deformation. A mechanic model of a thin tube pasted with an actuator(SMA wires), is presented, the mixed deformations of compression and torsion of the tube are analyzed and the relation between the angle of twist of the tube and temperature in a temperature cycle is given. The theoretical predictions are validated with static experiments.
