摘要
本文在阐述了已有结构可靠性鉴定特性的基础上,介绍了《钢铁工业建(构)筑物可靠性鉴定规程》(YBJ219-89)中关于建(构)筑物结构使用条件的调查内容及有关参数的取值原则和方法。
Based on the characteristics of reliability appraisal of existing buildings and structures, this paper
summarizes the actions and service conditions(service histories and environments)of existing buildings
and structures of iron and steel industry, their in situ investigation and inspection programme, as well
as the short-cut processes and methods provided for getting parameters by Reliability Appraisal Specifi-
cation of Existing Buildings and Structures of Iron and Steel Industry.
