摘要
本文围绕企业开发建设管理信息系统 (MIS)问题，分析并论证了企业与该项工作相关的各类人员在 MIS系统建设中的地位和作用，以及对开发建设企业 MIS系统所产生的影响。指出企业建设 MIS系统不仅仅是一个技术问题，还有许多人文因素在起作用，是一个人员、技术、组织管理三者协调发展的过程。
The position and role of relevant personnel in the development and establishment of the enterprise management information system(MIS)are analyzed and discussed in this paper.It is pointed out that the establishment of MIS in the enterprise is not only related to the technical problem,but also the human factors .The development of MIS is a process of coordination of personnel,technology and management.
