摘要
本文结合工程实例,就普通低碳3号钢,特别是沸腾钢(A3F)的钢材分层现象以及对其检验、处理方法和使用问题,提出一些意见进行探讨。
On the basis of the engineering examples, some opinions are advanced about the phencmenon oflayer flaw of the NO. 3 common mild steel, especially the boiling steel (A3F) . The flaw detection,treatment and usage of steels are atso discussed in this article.
