动脉粥样硬化中自噬与凋亡在内质网的交叉对话 被引量:11

Crosstalk between Autophagy and Apoptosis in Endoplasmic Reticulum during Atherosclerosis

摘要 自噬是细胞质内一些损坏的细胞器或未折叠蛋白被双层膜结构的自噬小泡包裹后,送入溶酶体中进行降解的过程,也是细胞自身修复和维持生命的重要过程。凋亡则是指生理或病理条件下,细胞受内在遗传机制调控而自动结束生命的过程。研究表明,凋亡与自噬现象共同存在于动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)相关细胞中,但二者的相互联系尚不十分清楚。文章总结了自噬与凋亡在AS发生发展中的不同作用,并从二者在内质网交叉对话的角度概括了它们之间的关系。 Autophagy is a reparative, life-sustaining process. During the process, cytoplasmic components art wrapped in double-membrane autophagic vesicles and degraded after fusing with lysosome. While apoptosi: is a form of cell death regulated by genetic intrinsic mechanism under a certain physiological or pathologic~ situation. Previous studies have shown that autophagy and apoptosis are involved in atherosclerosis(AS) and AS related cells, but their relationship is still unclear. This paper mainly reviews the different functions o autophagy and apoptosis in AS, and briefly summarizes the relationship between autophagy and apoptosis via their crosstalk in endoplasmic reticulum.
