摘要
设计了汽车液压助力转向器计算机测控系统。系统应用先进的计算机测控原理与信息技术 ,采用微机控制液压系统和伺服电机系统来模似转向器在现场的工作状况 ,实现了驱动与加载方式的自动化。该系统性能稳定、操作简单、测量速度快、测试精度高。
This paper presents the design of a computer test and control system for automobile hydraulic assistance steering gear.The system,based on the advanced computer measurement and control and the technology of information processing and using system of hydraulic and servo motor by computer control,simulates the field working state of steeringgear.It realizes automation of drive and load.As the results the system of the performance reliability,the high measurement accuracy and testing speed are high and the operation is simple.
