动力密封接触表面粗糙效应的有限元分析——静态接触有限元模拟 被引量:4

摘要 利用大型有限元软件 MARC/MENTAT32 0研究了静态接触条件下表面粗糙效应对密封摩擦副接触性态的影响 ,揭示了若干表面粗糙形貌参数对涉及磨损寿命和摩擦功耗等密封系统工作性能的这种接触性态的影响规律 ,为提高动力密封系统的工作品质提供了有意义的结果。 We find that the surface roughness parameters in DIN4762/ISO4287 can not ensure exact estimate of roughness effect on sealing performance. That past researchers did not discover the above- mentioned imperfection was probably because they did not take into account the fact that the original surface roughness on sealing lip was greatly changed due to the wear and contact deformation of sealing lip during operation. We employed FEM (finite element method) contact analysis to study the tribological characteristic in contacting process involving sealing lip and its hard counterpart. Results of FEM contact analysis are shown in Fig.5, which shows the variation of contact length with pressure. In Fig.5 the three curves all have the same Ra, Rz and Abbott curve in accordance with DIN4762/ISO4287, but they correspond to different rough-peak wavelengths respectively. Fig.5 shows clearly that for high pressure the three curves are quite different, indicating that the imperfection in DIN4762/ISO4287 signifies the need for something better than Ra, Rz and Abbott curve can offer.
