摘要
在介绍传统 GTO性能的基础上对集成门极可换向型晶闸管 IGCT的性能进行了研究。 IGCT具有传统 GTO和 IGBT的某些优点 。
The author introduces capability of the Integrated Gate Commutated Thyristor(IGCT),which are based on GTO technology .The IGCT combines some advantage of GTO and IGBT. It is suitable for medium—voltage high power application.
