摘要
对 6 4 7例已生育或未生育的人工流产患者 ,采用 2 %利多卡因 2～ 3mL宫颈表面麻醉、宫颈 3点及 9点处浸润麻醉的不同局部镇痛方法及不采用镇痛方法进行了研究。结果表明 ,局部镇痛人工流产术在临床应用非常有效 ,特别是对未生育的人工流产患者更能减轻患者的疼痛 ,有利于人工流产术在临床中的应用。
