miRNA与鼻咽癌侵袭转移关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 微小RNA(micro RNA,miRNA)是一类由内源基因编码长度为17~25个核苷酸的非编码单链RNA分子,它们主要参与在基因转录后水平的调控。早在1993年,Lee等在秀丽新小杆线虫(C.elegans)体内发现miRNA存在。
